This project started as a 580,000 tilt slab building going on a 33.5 acre site, with two separate small TI’s. It occupies one quarter of a property that is designed to have three similar structures on three similar sites. During the initial phase of construction a large distributor of soda and sport drink products decided they would lease the facility. RMJ was able to provide all wiring from start to finish for the site, on and in the building and multiple pieces of owner’s equipment. RMJ still services this account when the owner adds or encounters issues with their equipment or other systems.
