This project started as a 401,000 sq ft tilt-up shell only on a 1.2 million sq ft site. It included the utility infrastructure, site lighting, basic egress lighting and spare conduits for future use. Just under half of the building was leased initially, later the other portion was leased prior to shell completion. We wired just under half the building for a tenant that manufactures pillows. This work was typical for a manufacturing/distribution warehouse. It included high-bay LED lighting for the warehouse and production area, office space and hook-up for all the equipment required to make the pillows. The challenge: our work ran concurrently with the final portion of the shell, the site work and the remainder of the build-out in the other (larger) half of the building for SK Foods.
