This job was a somewhat typical TI. It included a modern reception area, multiple conference rooms, general visitation areas, offices and large training areas. One of these training areas required power and communications delivery to modular furniture that could not be provided “under-floor” or “through-wall”. Two sides of the area are glass. RMJ made provisions for the power and communications using compartmentalized Wiremold raceways and components mounted to, and closely matching (aesthetically) the window mullions.
