This 28k sq ft project was comprised of thirteen spec suites in an existing building. Completion of individual suites was coordinated with other trades to allow for "case by case" final inspections. This helped expedite the owner's ability to lease individual spaces and create revenue. The design/build process was used as the project delivery method.
