This project, on the 10th floor of the Hayden Ferry Lakeside 3 building adjacent to Tempe Town Lake, is just over 26,000 sq ft. The project consists of elaborate LED lighting. The space has a large break/game area for employees to relax, huddle areas, private offices and modular furniture with fantastic views of the lake and "A" Mountain. By the time construction began the majority of the building was occupied. Material handling and storage was difficult due to the limited space and access. Deliveries had to be scheduled around tenants' work hours via the underground parking garage with extremely low clearance. TeleTech's line of business, as a consulting and customer service company, requires redundant power. Their complete operation, all power and lighting is "backed-up" by a large UPS and generator. The generator is located eleven stories below their office in the parking garage. Standby power from the gen-set is installed in utility chases extending from the basement to the 10th floor. For good measure a "daylight harvesting" system was added to dim the LED light fixtures to reduce energy consumption.
