Sage, the software provider, remodeled a portion of three floors of their offices in Gainey Ranch. The phasing of this job created the most difficult challenges due to the necessity of maintaining all ongoing operations. One floor was vacated; the employees from that floor were relocated to another. When the construction on the first of the remodeled floors was finished, employees moved to the completed area and vacated another floor. The process was repeated for the third, and final, floor.
