This project was for Regus, a company that rents turn-key office space. The work included demolition and re-fit of 13,500 sq feet of individual offices. Included in the scope was a new light fixture package and lighting control panel to meet the current energy compliance code. The new space includes a tenant lounge, boardroom, studio and multiple private offices. It differs from most of today's TI's in that there are no modular offices, so the "cube farm" environment in this space is non existent. All circuitry, with the exception of the lighting control panel, was taken from the buildings's original infrastructure. This project was simple and straightforward. Fixtures were ordered early on to comply with their schedule and eliminate the only potential delay.
