This 27,500 sq ft TI for the pharmaceutical company is a Class "A" office space. Special rough-in provisions were made for interior stone facades. The facility space itself is comprised of exterior offices surrounding modular furniture. Usual circumstances, for an occupied building, such as "off-hours" core drilling for floor boxes and scheduled shut-downs were all taken into account. One particularly interesting aspect was the installation of a 25kW generator on the roof. The sole function of the gen-set is to provide continous power to refrigerators in the "Mother's Room"
