This 100,000 sq ft project fits the TI, Call Center and Redundant Power categories of types of work RMJ performs. There was a staged move-in allowing the tenant to maintain limited operations during constructions and prior to substantial expansion. All company representatives' desktops are fed with normal/generator backed-up power to ensure seamless access to customer information. RMJ suggested installing a number of smaller transfer switches, in lieu of one large one, which allowed the use of existing normal power conductors. This expedited the schedule, minimized the number of required shut-downs and saved the customer thousands of dollars in construction costs.
