This was a first generation TI with “high-end”/Class A finishes found in most law offices such as this one. Logistical problems were the biggest challenge building this job. It is located in a new ten-story shell that had limited delivery times due to work activity in adjacent occupied premises, one freight elevator and multiple ongoing jobs being ran by multiple General Contractors who were contracted with multiple Electrical Contractors. In addition, large trucks were unable to make bulk deliveries to sublevel parking due to height clearance restrictions. Our job was on an upper floor. The difficulty was simply getting the material to the location where and when it was needed.
