This facility includes admin offices and an area for testing products. Most of the space is a typical tenant improvement. There is one area that is used solely for testing microwaveable food products. This area’s electrical requirements were slightly more intense. There were always “food samplers” available near the end of construction to ensure product quality. A second phase was added later. Much of the second phase work was done “off hours” to avoid interfering with daily operations.
