Three floors of Class “A” offices were provided in the original Cityscape downtown tower for this large law firm. Logistics were of utmost concern as other tenant spaces and the tower itself were all built simultaneously. Getting personnel and materials to their respective areas in a timely manner was difficult, approaching impossible, at best. All wiring originated from an existing bus duct riser.
