This TI, which could probably also be considered a call center, is just over 42,000 square feet in size. The demo included removing all the components of a large server room with the associated UPS, PDU’s and wiring under a raised floor. The “build-back” consisted of multiple conference rooms with custom build recessed, linear, LED lighting installed in coffered architectural ceilings. Hallway lighting was installed between fabric “clouds” and was placed perpendicular, rather than the typical parallel installation, to building lines. Lighting in the large kitchen/break area was installed diagonally to building finishes with narrow linear fixtures that required close attention for proper effect. The balance of the job was open areas with “cube farms” surrounding enclosed offices in the center of the suite.
