The customer service center required redundant power for continual communication and data service to Cox clients. There were two gen-sets with paralleling gear required due to the potential load. Inside, there was a raised floor installed in the entire facility to accommodate adds, moves and changes. Specially fabricated wiring components (outside) were required due to the amount of wiring feeding the indoor panelboards.
