This call center was built in an existing 60K sq ft building. The job required a substantial amount of demo and re-work for compliance with present day codes. Redundant power was required, including a new service, gen-set, tap-box (for roll-up gen-set) and UPS. The move-in was staged to accommodate training employees prior to initiating operations.
