This ground-up project included six stories above grade and two underground parking levels. An emergency gen-set and fire pump were required to meet fire protection requirements and adequately supply the buildings sprinkler system. An exterior LED up-light system that includes multiple scenes and colors was added to showcase the building’s elevation.
