This veteran's treatment facility in midtown Phoenix encompassed just under 29,000 sq ft of remodel work built on nearly three entire floors in a thirty-four old building. Overhead clearances were tight and there was very little of the existing electrical work that was salvageable. If not for the existing panels and their respective feeders, remodel would have been complete demo and re-build. The facility includes multiple treatment, consultation, group, class and procedure rooms and their necessary support areas. These support areas include x-ray equipment, labs and even a gurney elevator. This project evolved into a functional, practical and modern clinic worthy of those it serves, despite its humble beginning.
