RDO is an equipment rental facility. The facility, a relatively small building on a large site (approximately 10 acres), requires areas for storage, repair and maintenance of large equipment, such as various aerial lifts, different styles of excavators, forklifts and other machinery for lifting and rigging. This steel building (just over 31,000 square feet) , in addition to the offices and showroom has a maintenance/service bay area complete with overhead cranes for dismantling and repairing the heavier parts and pieces and a separate covered wash area.
