This job, for the on-line auto dealer, occupies a 40-acre site that was previously used for assembly of wood trusses during the height of the housing boom. The site consists of five primary buildings. RMJ has completed three of the buildings and is currently working on the fourth. The first building is where the auto detailing is done. The second is for the company's on-site administration. The third has multiple car-lifts and tire changers for mechanical work, and photography carousel, "hot box" used to photograph the vehicles. The fourth houses multiple paint booths. Once completed, the fifth building will house the relocated photography equipment. Additional planning for building five uses is ongoing. RMJ has also performed a substantial amount of site lighting maintenance to get the 40-acre site ready for operations.
