This 660,000 square feet tilt shell was built on a site of approximately eighty acres. RMJ was contracted to provide lighting and electrical provisions including the service for the site, wiring of a free-standing fire-pump and its associated enclosure and the required building interior and exterior wiring necessary for a Certificate of Occupancy. At the time of the building’s completion, it was unoccupied.
