This was an atypical ground-up school construction project, in a great way. This 51,502 square feet, built on almost 7 acres, elementary level school was well planned, it had an aggressive yet attainable schedule and the management team had an exceptional, well thought-out plan. This school was built on Salt River Pima – Maricopa Indian Community property. Meaningful, and worthwhile, sensitivity indoctrination was required for everyone prior to working on the site. All construction processes were straightforward, with equal emphasis placed on quality, time and money. The owners got the project they wanted, because they clearly communicated what it was beforehand.
