This project consisted of just under 29,000 sq ft of office space on three floors in the Hayden Ferry Lakeside development on Tempe Town Lake. The fourth floor is a modern class "A" style office environment with private offices and a conference room surrounded by open area modular furniture stations. The work on the second and sixth floors consisted of simple minor modifications. Energy compliant LED lighting fixtures and lighting controls that accounted for the natural light of the space were installed throughout. As is often the case with a job of this nature, the greatest challenge was logistics. The majority of the property, which includes two additional mid-rise structures, was occupied during construction. Material delivery was coordinated with tenants' working schedules and high traffic areas. The site is congested during working hours and the use of freight elevators was scheduled, so it did not interfere with the occupant's daily activities.
