Rio West Building D
WORK /
This is a tenant remodel for a 50,000 sq ft call center operated by American Airlines. The project consisted of new energy efficient lighting and controls. Two new inverters were installed to provide the back-up power source for emergency egress fixtures. This project was an occupied remodel that required eight separate phases to allow employees to move between areas while continuing operations. A temporary panel was needed to provide power for new circuits, before existing circuits could be de-energized, re-routed and terminated to their final locations. Extensive demolition and saw cutting for new floor receptacles and furniture feeds was done at night. This project had a year-long schedule requiring RMJ to be off the site for weeks at a time making coordination a challeng.
