This firm lists themselves as a subprime loan auto lender on their website. RMJ built-out 59,000 square feet of single story office that consists of large open areas with modular furniture, exterior offices, training areas and a break area resembling a coffee/juice bar with vending and microwaves. An employee recreational area with provisions for barbequing and an artificial putting green are adjacent to the structure. Project challenges were similar to the ones described with the Drive Time write-up. That building along with this one are built on the same campus. Covered canopy and site lighting were also included in RMJ’s scope.
